Mrs. Bradley, Mrs. Drummond, Mr. Langhorst
Mrs. Bradley - Library Media Specialist
My name is Brianne Bradley. I am originally from Iowa - GO Hawkeyes!, but moved to KC 10 years ago. I graduated from Simpson College in 2003 with a degree in Elementary Education and earned my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Wayne State College in 2007. This is my 14th year teaching!
I enjoy spending time with my husband, Branson, and two girls, Izzy and Sophie. I love to run and hike, take pictures, read, and basically anything outdoors!
Mrs. Drummond - Library Paraprofessional
My name is Brenda Drummond. I have worked for Liberty Public Schools since 1996, and in the Shoal Creek LMC, since our doors opened in 2000! With the exception of a few years away from Missouri, I am a Liberty hometown gal and graduate of Liberty High School. My husband Dan (of 34 years) and I have two grown, amazing children of our own, our son Matt, wife Jackie, and our daughter Liz, husband Kyle. We are the proud Grandparents of Molly, Natalie, and Olivia!
Outside of work, besides spending time with my family, I love to be outside, biking, motorcycle trips, camping, boating, hiking, and live theatre.
Mr. Langhorst - Library Media Specialist
My name is Kurt Langhorst, and I'm very excited to be a Library Media Specialist at Shoal Creek. I was born and raised in Nebraska, growing up in the small town of Howells (Population: 680). I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1999 and then moved to Liberty where I taught 3rd Grade for 16 years at Lillian Schumacher Elementary. Several years ago, I received my Master’s Degree from the University of Missouri in Information Science and Learning Technologies. This will be my 2nd year at Shoal Creek.
My beautiful wife, Colleen, and I live in Liberty with our two sons, Henry (9) and Nate (7). In our spare time, we love to go to the movies, play outside, and read awesome books. We’re also big fans of the Huskers and Royals. I can't wait to share my love of reading and technology with all the fantastic students at Shoal Creek Elementary!
